Jets Unveil 2013-14 TV Broadcast Schedule

Winnipeg Jets LogoThe Winnipeg Jets have released their 2013-14 national television broadcast schedule, which will see all regular season games split between CBC, TSN and TSN Jets.

For a third year in a row, the Jets’ first game of the season will air on CBC’s “Hockey Night in Canada” when they travel to Edmonton to face the Oilers on October 1.

The Jets will appear on HNIC 14 times in total this season (eight games at MTS Centre, six away games). Five games will air on TSN, with all remaining games airing on the regionally televised TSN Jets channel, including three exhibition games.

The voice of the Jets, Dennis Beyak, returns as colour commentary duties are shared between Mike Johnson, Brian Engblom and Shane Hnidy. Radio listeners can tune into TSN Radio 1290 or 101.1 The Farm in Brandon to hear Brian Munz and Shane Hnidy call all 82 games.
