A 28-year-old Brandon man has been charged after police say he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old babysitter two years ago.
The victim came forward in May and police began their investigation.
Police say the alleged assault happened at a home on Premier Avenue. The babysitter was sleeping on the couch when the man returned home. Police say he grabbed her off a couch and took her to a bedroom, where she was fondled.
A second victim was also found during the investigation who reported a similar incident.
The man faces two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference. He will appear in Brandon court in August.
