Two women from Fisher River, Manitoba were killed Wednesday night when their vehicle rolled several times into a ditch.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Highway 17 in Hodgson at around 8:15 p.m. RCMP say the vehicle was travelling eastbound at the time when it lost control and hit the south ditch.
Two 19-year-old women were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Speed is considered a contributing factor, but alcohol has been ruled out. Both women were wearing their seatbelts.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
