WINNIPEG — A street reconstruction project will have eastbound Ellice Avenue between Erin Street and Arlington Street closed for about a month.
Starting Sunday, July 30 at 9 a.m., only one westbound lane of traffic will be maintained until September 6.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes during this time.
