The Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival needs more than 750 volunteers this summer.
Organizers say people are needed to sell tickets and act as ushers for the 12-day festival, which runs July 18-29.
Help is also needed to keep drinks flowing at beverage pavilions, to staff the Kids Fringe and answer patron questions.
A minimum of four shifts (4-6 hours each) are required to be a volunteer. Applications are being accepted until July 13.
Volunteers will work in and around Winnipeg’s downtown and Exchange District, helping over 170 theatre companies at 30 venues showcase their shows to audiences.
