Manitoba RCMP have charged a man in the death of an 18-year-old man in Pukatawagan.
The victim was brought to the community’s nursing station on June 8 and pronounced deceased.
An autopsy determined his cause of death to be a homicide.
Nikosis Bighetty, 20, was arrested Thursday and charged with manslaughter.
Police say both the victim and suspect were residents of Pukatawagan and knew each other.
Bighetty will appear in The Pas court on Monday.
RCMP continue to investigate.
