Hockey fans, round up those toy donations!

The Winnipeg Jets are gearing up for the team’s annual toy drive in support of the Christmas Cheer Board.

New unwrapped toys can be donated beginning today until December 9 at Wawanesa Insurance broker partners (Arthur J. Gallagher, Western Financial Group, Wyatt Dowling Insurance Brokers, One Insurance, MIG Insurance, La Salle Insurance & Travel Services Ltd., and HUB International).

All five Jets Gear locations will also be accepting both new unwrapped toys and cash donations from November 25 to December 13.

Jets fans attending the December 3, 8 and 10 home games can also make their donation at Bell MTS Place guest services booths on the 100 and 300 levels.

The toy drive will culminate at the December 15 Winnipeg Jets game against the Philadelphia Flyers, where donation bins will be set up at every arena entrance.

The Christmas Cheer Board is marking its 100th anniversary this year and hands out approximately 19,000 hampers annually to those in need.
