WINNIPEG — The city is inviting the public to an information session to see proposed upgrades to the Tyndall Park Community Centre.

Renovations include the addition of a new gymnasium and a new multipurpose room to help expand program offerings, the city says.

The Tyndall Park Community Centre study concluded that approximately $8.3 million will be needed for construction, fees, contingencies, and other factors. Funds are not currently allocated to this project, but will be considered through the city’s normal budget process.

The public can view the proposed plans on Monday, January 20 from 4-7 p.m. at Tyndall Park Community Centre, 2255 King Edward Street.

For those unable to attend, information session boards and other materials are available on the city’s website.
