A 21-year-old woman from Dauphin was killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash just north of Eriksdale.
Manitoba RCMP say the collision happened at around 10:15 p.m. on Highway 6 at the intersection of Highway 68.
Police say their investigation has determined a car travelling eastbound on Highway 68 failed to stop at the stop sign and collided with a northbound SUV.
Five people were in the car at the time and were taken to hospital. The 21-year-old victim was riding as a passenger in the vehicle and pronounced deceased in hospital.
Two people in the SUV were also taken to hospital.
Ashern RCMP continue to investigate.
