Manitoba RCMP are investigating a suspicious death after a man was found deceased outside the nursing station in Bunibonibee Cree Nation.
The 22-year-old victim was located early Saturday morning with serious injuries.
Oxford House RCMP and the RCMP major crime services and forensic identification services continue to investigate.
No further details were released.
