WINNIPEG — It’s almost Tim Hortons Smile Cookie week in support of the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation and Inner City Youth Alive.

The organizations held a media launch on Thursday ahead of the official campaign, which runs from April 28 to May 4. ChrisD.ca was invited to decorate a cookie along with other Winnipeg media. Sadly, we didn’t win any awards this year, but it was all in good fun!

Proceeds from this year’s campaign will include all Smile Cookies sold in Winnipeg and Selkirk next week.

More than $288,000 was raised last year in Winnipeg, raising awareness and funds to change the lives of children and youth in Manitoba living with disabilities.

Purchase a Smile Cookie next week for only $2 at any participating Tim Hortons or make a donation online to the CRF or Inner City Youth Alive. You can also order cookies online through the foundation and get free delivery anywhere in Winnipeg.
