A 22-year-old man from Steinbach is dead following a head-on collision early Monday on Highway 12.
Manitoba RCMP say it happened just south of Highway 303 in the RM of Hanover at around midnight.
One vehicle was found on its side in the ditch, while the other was blocking both lanes.
The 22-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The second driver, a 20-year-old man from the RM of De Salaberry, was rushed to hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to stable.
RCMP continuing to investigate.
