The 2026 Tri-Hospital Dream Lottery is back, with tickets now on sale supporting St. Boniface Hospital, Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg, and HSC Children’s Hospital.
This year’s lottery features six grand prize options described as the largest in the lottery’s history. Winners can choose from dream home packages valued at over $1.7 million in Headingley or Vancouver Island, a luxury two-home package including a Winnipeg condo and Winnipeg home, or a $1.35 million tax-free cash prize.
“This lottery reflects the collective impact Manitobans can have when we come together in support of health care,” said Jonathon Lyon, president and CEO of Health Sciences Centre Foundation. “Every ticket purchased helps drive innovation and improve outcomes for patients across our province.”
Early buyers have access to 43 early prize opportunities. Purchasing before the Spring Bonus deadline of May 8 ensures eligibility for all major draws, including Early Bird and Summer Bonus prizes.
Add-on games include the 50/50 PLUS draw and Extra Cash PLUS, which features 125 cash prizes totalling $170,000.
Ticket packages start at $110 for one, $220 for three, $330 for six, and $550 for twelve. Add-on games start at $25. Full prize details and ticket purchases are available at trihospitaldream.com.
