A popular run at the Stony Mountain Ski Area north of Winnipeg is finally opening this weekend.
Big Bunny will open Saturday for both skiing and snowboarding lessons.
Staff say 5 cm of fresh snow in the area has made it possible to open more runs for winter enthusiasts. The hill is reporting very good conditions to start the weekend.
Dropzone and Camrun’s are also open, along with the tow rope and handle tow.
Weekend hours are Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
