Two people were killed Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash just north of Neepawa.
Manitoba RCMP say a 2009 Dodge pickup truck was travelling northbound on Highway 5 when it lost control and veered into the path of a southbound semi trailer.
The crash happened at about 12:15 p.m. near the junction of PR 352.
The occupants of the truck — a man and a woman — were pronounced deceased at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
Police are working to confirm the identities of the two victims.
Road conditions at the time were snow covered and slippery with poor visibility.
