KidSportKidSport Canada is moving its B.C. headquarters to Winnipeg later this month.

The national non-profit group, which provides financial assistance and equipment to children wanting to participate in sports, will be housed in the Sport for Life Centre on Pacific Avenue.

“The relocation of our office to Sport Manitoba’s wonderful Sport for Life Centre will help us to better serve the needs of our members and stakeholders across Canada,” said Jamie Ferguson, chair for KidSport Canada. “We’re also pleased to continue to strengthen our relationships with our member sport federations as we work together to improve access to Canada’s sport system for children across the country.”

With the move, KidSport also announced that Bryan Ezako will be its new national manager.
