The property management firm that runs St. Vital Centre is up for a national award today.

20 VIC Management Inc. is in the running at BOMA Canada’s National Conference and Exhibition in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The company won the local Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the Enclosed Shopping Centre category from BOMA Manitoba, for its management of the mall.

St. Vital Centre is the only building in the province to carry the unique distinction of being a Level 4 BOMA BESt building — the highest designation bestowed upon Canada’s greenest buildings.
