Two men face several drug-related charges after Winnipeg police raided a home in the 100 block of Arrowwood Drive South on Saturday.
Police began their investigation in December after being tipped off that drugs were being sold out of the Garden City home.
Officers executed a search warrant and found five ounces of power cocaine worth $8,500, 73 grams of benzocaine worth $200, along with $12,290 in Canadian currency and $101 in U.S. currency. Police also found digital scales and cell phones.
Viet Hung Tran, 32, and a 35-year-old man have been charged with possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.
A 27-year-old woman arrested at the scene was later released without charges.
