Ontario Man Charged in Drug Bust Near MacGregor

RCMP Crest LogoRCMP conducting traffic enforcement on Tuesday near MacGregor, Manitoba stumbled upon an alleged drug trafficker on the Trans-Canada Highway.

Police pulled the eastbound vehicle over at around 5 p.m. and located approximately five pounds of marijuana, three ounces of cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash and a variety of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Ray, 25, of Roslin, Ontario faces numerous drug-related charges. He was released on a promise to appear on Portage la Prairie court on May 3.
