Winnipeg police are warning of a suspicious man who approached a seven-year-old boy in the North Point Douglas area Monday.
Police said the man confronted the boy as he was walking home on Euclid Avenue near Hallet Street at 12:35 p.m. and offered him money. The boy did not speak to him, and instead ran back to his school and notified an adult.
Police are looking for a black male, 40-45 years old, with medium length black hair and a moustache. He was wearing a black hoodie and driving a black truck with dirty tires and an open box which appeared newer. The man also continuously brushed his hair out of his eyes.
