Three days of music on the banks of the Red River will rock Lockport this weekend.

The Half Moon Drive In’s annual Rockin’ On The Red festival is July 10-12, marking 77 years in business.

“Putting on a family-fun event that brings the community together is just a small way to thank our valued customers for their continued support,” said Wayne McIntosh, Half Moon’s owner.

“This is also the second year that Half Moon has partnered with the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation, and we decided to make things a little more inspiring for us.”

Proceeds from 50/50 tickets will be sold with profits helping to fund a specialized Freedom Concepts bike for a young boy named Joey. The presentation will be on Saturday evening at 8 p.m. with the 50/50 draw on Sunday at 3 p.m.
