A single-vehicle rollover on Highway 44 Saturday afternoon has claimed the life of an Ontario woman.
The crash happened just before 4 p.m. approximately four kilometres south of the Highway 11 junction.
RCMP say a pickup truck was found in the east side ditch of the highway. Witnesses said it was travelling northbound on Highway 44 before losing control.
The 64-year-old driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her female passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the collision.
