Two bodies found inside a parked vehicle in Winnipeg’s North End on Monday were there for “a period of time,” say police.
The deceased, who have been identified as a 27-year-old man and 35-year-old man, were found by a passerby in the 300 block of College Avenue at around 10:30 a.m.
Police say the cause of death may be contributed to drug use, although results of autopsies are pending.
The bodies were found sitting inside a four-door Chevrolet sedan near Machray Elementary School.
Police will release further details as information becomes available.
