Bookworms now have a nook to get their reading fill at The Forks.
McNally Robinson Booksellers opened its newest Winnipeg location this weekend on the second level of the market. The second city location accompanies McNally’s flagship store at Grant Park mall.
“The intent is to showcase the newest and best of what’s on offer, while dedicating a special presence to Indigenous and local writing as well as books for children,” the store said in a statement.
Aside from books on its shelves, McNally Robinson says customers can expect a rotating selection of other items, such as kitchenware and reading glasses to board games and stuffed animals.
The store is open Monday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The company also operates a third location in Saskatoon.
