Swoop to Connect Winnipeg to Kelowna, Abbotsford

Ultra-low-cost airline Swoop has added new routes between Winnipeg and Kelowna, B.C. as part of its summer schedule.

The WestJet-affiliated airline will offer service between Manitoba’s capital and the Okanagan three times per week for $119. The schedule also sees the return of the seasonal route between Abbotsford, B.C. and Winnipeg four times per week for $129.

Swoop’s seasonal schedule also includes non-stop flights between Hamilton and Winnipeg, and Edmonton and Winnipeg six times per week (excluding Saturday).

“Our community continues to grow and benefit with these additions and we’re excited that this summer, travellers will have new options to enjoy all that Winnipeg has to offer.”

Bookings for Swoop’s summer schedule run from April 28, 2019 through October 26, 2019.
