A two-vehicle crash on Thursday temporarily closed the intersection of Highway 1 at PR 207, also known as Deacon’s Corner.
A photo from the collision, which happened at around noon, showed a Ford F-150 pickup truck pushed up along the side of a fuel tanker.
The RM of Springfield Police Service said everyone involved was OK.
Northbound 207 was closed at Highway 1, while southbound traffic on 207 from Reimer Road was also briefly closed.
“Due to infrastructure damage we expect this closure to be some time,” police originally said. “Please use caution through the area as it is very slippery and we are working on the side of the road.”
The roadway reopened to traffic at around 1:30 p.m.
