The 2025 Grey Cup Festival in Winnipeg is now accepting volunteer applications for both the week-long festival and the 112th Grey Cup game.
Organizers are seeking 1,000 to 1,200 volunteers to help with events running from November 10 to 16, with additional shifts available for setup and takedown on November 9 and 17. Volunteers will assist in roles such as transportation, event activations, public services, accreditation, and game-day operations.
“Winnipeg is gearing up to host this once-in-a-generation event, recognized as Canada’s biggest social, and we are calling on community-minded individuals eager to help deliver an unforgettable week of sport, music, culture, and celebration,” said Jennifer Thompson, executive director for the 2025 Grey Cup Festival.
All volunteers will receive a jacket valued at over $300, a T-shirt, toque, refreshments, and an invitation to a volunteer celebration.
