The Winnipeg Jets have signed forward Gabriel Vilardi to a six-year contract extension worth an average of $7.5 million USD per season, the team announced Friday.
Vilardi, 25, is coming off a breakout 2024-25 season with career highs in goals (27), assists (34), and points (61) over 71 games. The Kingston, Ont., native also recorded four points in nine playoff games and led the Jets with 12 power-play goals.
Originally drafted 11th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in 2017, Vilardi has tallied 175 points in 270 NHL games between the Jets and Kings.
He is scheduled to speak to the media on Monday.
