Louise Bridge (FILE)
The Louise Bridge will be closed for a week starting Monday as the city carries out roadway resurfacing work.
The closure will run from 6 a.m. Monday, August 10 to 6 a.m. Monday, August 17.
The west sidewalk will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists throughout construction.
The city is encouraging drivers to allow extra travel time and consider alternate routes, such as the Disraeli Bridge or Provencher Bridge.
