CTV Winnipeg is looking to add to their arsenal of photojournalists and has posted the available position on Workopolis.
Duties include shooting and editing promotion and production elements, conducting on-location interviews, weekend and evening assignments, and working 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
They don’t mention it in the ad, but you’ll also get to zoom around southern Manitoba in a Chevy TrailBlazer.
Candidates must also have a degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary broadcast or related program, and 3 years of photography and editing experience in a newsroom.
A strong shoulder would also be preferred, as you’ll have to lug around a heavy Sony Betacam SX.
Deadline for applications is May 10.
