About 50,000 people are estimated to have come through the gates of the Winnipeg Folk Festival over its five-day run.
The 39th annual edition of the festival saw Ontario-based roots group Belle Starr take to the main stage on Sunday. Singing fiddlers Kendall Carson, Miranda Mulholland, and Stephanie Cadman did not disappoint.
Also performing on the last day were Ruthie Foster, Iron & Wine, Walking Woody’s Road, and a finale with Dry Bones, Sketch, Carolina Chocolate Drops.
