Two stretches of road will be closed next week due to railway crossing reconstruction.
Atlantic Avenue will be completely closed to eastbound and westbound traffic at the railway crossing on Atlantic between Sinclair Street and Arlington Street starting Monday at 6 a.m. until Thursday, October 4 at 6 a.m.
Polson Avenue will also be closed to eastbound and westbound traffic at the railway crossing on Polson between Sinclair and Arlington starting Monday at 6 a.m. The closure will be in effect until 6 a.m. on Friday.
Motorists can use alternate east — west routes such as Bannerman Avenue or Inkster Boulevard.
