Audio technicians and other crew were loading equipment down to The Forks’ historic port on Thursday. The preparations are for this weekend’s Prairie Barge Festival, where three days of music will include acts from Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and art and culture showcasing the diverse talent found on the prairies.
