The City of Winnipeg’s annual bike action rolls around this weekend, offering up sets of wheels to go along with the nicer weather.

Approximately 700 unclaimed bicycles will be up for auction Saturday and Sunday at Century Arena, 1377 Clarence Avenue.

The city has partnered with The WRENCH to offer more than 250 ready-to-ride bikes through the organization’s UpCycle employment training program.

Public viewing for the bikes will be Saturday from 7-8:45 a.m. and Sunday from 10-11:45 a.m. Bidding starts at 9 a.m. and noon, respectively.

All bicycles are sold as is, where is, and no warranty is given nor implied. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Interac payments will be accepted.
