RCMP Logo VehicleManitoba RCMP are investigating a double shooting in East St. Paul that injured a man and woman early Monday.

Officers responded at around 6:15 a.m. to the area of Raleigh Street between Glenway Avenue and Foxgrove Avenue.

Both victims were located and taken to hospital, where they’re listed in stable condition.

Police believe that a light-coloured four-door car with three males inside is connected to the shooting. The vehicle was seen leaving the area at the time.

RCMP say the shooting is not a random event and there is no threat to public safety.
