Manitoba RCMP are investigating alcohol and lack of seatbelt use as possible factors in a fatal crash that killed a 37-year-old man on Thursday.
The driver, from Zhoda, was ejected from his vehicle when it struck another car, lost control and rolled on Highway 52 near the intersection of Ash Street in Mitchell, Manitoba.
The two-vehicle crash happened at around 6:30 p.m. and the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other driver wasn’t injured.
Mitchell is located approximately 60 kilometres southeast of Winnipeg.
