Swoop airlines is launching a new Winnipeg to Edmonton route four times weekly beginning this fall.
WestJet‘s discount carrier says service will run from October 11 to April 27, 2019.
“The new flights from Swoop are just the latest in the expansion of services at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport,” said Barry Rempel, president and CEO of Winnipeg Airports Authority.
“WAA’s growing partnership with Swoop is creating new opportunities to share our city and gives Manitobans more options to connect with family and friends.”
Bookings for the new domestic route are currently available online. Flights will run Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The fare to depart from either of the cities is around $49, taxes and fees included.
