A 19-year-old man was killed Friday morning after his vehicle was rear-ended by a semi-trailer truck and pushed into another vehicle.
The crash happened at 9 a.m. on the Perimeter Highway at Brady Road. RCMP say the man was travelling eastbound at the time of the crash.
The impact of the collision pushed the man’s vehicle into another large truck.
The driver, from the RM of Rockwood, was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was the only occupant in the vehicle.
Eastbound lanes of the Perimeter were closed for several hours and reopened Friday afternoon.
