While removing the involved males, officers noted numerous irregular shapes from one of the male’s clothing prompting a search for officer safety. The search resulted in the discovery of a loaded 3D-printed 9mm Glock-style handgun with a polymer slide and a magazine with three rounds of ammunition

The 15-year-old Winnipeg boy was arrested without incident and the firearm and magazine were seized as evidence.

The teen is facing several charges and remains in custody.
