The Fairmont Winnipeg is once again transforming its Royal Alexandra Suite into a festive Santa Suite in support of The Dream Factory.
The annual holiday tradition is a 20th-floor luxury suite — redesigned each year as a seasonal escape — with proceeds supporting the charity’s work with children and families facing serious illnesses.
The hotel and The Dream Factory will welcome families from November 22 to December 7, 2025, at 2 Lombard Place.
Guests can book private photo sessions with Santa, which include a printed 6×8 photo, several digital images, and access to Santa’s Village in the lobby—featuring cookie decorating, hot chocolate, holiday crafts, and other activities.
Fairmont Winnipeg says the tradition brings joy to families while supporting a meaningful cause. Last year’s Santa Suite raised $75,000 for The Dream Factory.
