A number of Winnipeg streets will close for part of Sunday to accommodate the annual WFPS Run.
Full closures will be in place from 4 a.m. to noon on October 18, including:
- Shaftesbury Boulevard between Corydon Avenue and Grant Avenue (both directions)
- Roblin Boulevard between Shaftesbury Boulevard and William R. Clement Parkway (both directions)
- Eastbound Corydon Avenue between Lamont Boulevard and Shaftesbury Boulevard
- Traffic will also be reduced to one lane on many other streets through Charleswood, St. James and Wolseley during the same hours.
Drivers should expect delays and plan alternate routes if possible.
