Just like Google’s Street View, businesses in several Canadian cities are now having the inside of their locations photographed for the search engine giant.

To help businesses attract more customers, Google is providing panorama images from inside business establishments by working with chosen photographers in select markets. The panoramas are seen on Google Maps and Google Places.

Winnipeg is on the list of Canadian cities currently being photographed for this new feature. London, Ottawa, Windsor, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria will also be added soon.

To be eligible, a business must have a free Google Place page listing before selecting a photographer.
