Police Looking for Good Samaritan in Bishop Grandin Crash

Winnipeg Police CrestWinnipeg police are looking for a man who stopped to assist an accident victim in the south end of the city on Thursday.

Police say a collision between a 2007 GMC Canyon truck and a semi-trailer truck happened at around 12:40 p.m. in the eastbound lane of Bishop Grandin Boulevard near the Pembina Highway underpass.

The crash caused an elderly driver to suffer non-life threatening injuries.

A man believed to be in his 20s stopped to offer assistance. Police are hoping to speak with him and anyone else who witnessed the crash.
