Three Ontario Men Charged in Two Winnipeg Drug Raids

Winnipeg Police Logo CrestWINNIPEG — Three men from Ontario have been charged following two raids on Monday evening that turned up more than $282,000 worth of drugs.

Officers executed search warrants at a residential suite in the 200 block of Ronald Street and another at a suite in the 1100 block of Portage Avenue.

Police seized:

  • 210 grams of fentanyl (estimated street value of $105,000)
  • 728 grams of cocaine (estimated street value of $51,700)
  • 192 grams of methamphetamine (estimated street value of $5,600)
  • 24,608 Oxycodone tablets (estimated street value of $120,340)
  • 456 grams of a cutting agent
  • $113,790 in Canadian currency
  • A loaded .40 calibre semi-automatic handgun

Yusuf Fahiye, 25, of Toronto, Farhan Ali, 25, of Mississauga, and Shamar Ricardo Watson-Langley, 22, of Pickering, Ontario face numerous drug-related charges.

All three men remain in custody.
